PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easier the attaching work of the mouth body attaching member of a ventilating fan composed of the mouth body attaching member and a main body to a ceiling section. SOLUTION: A pair of engaging holes is formed through facing both side plates 33 of a mouth body attaching member 23, and the supporting piece sections 37 of fixing members 35 are inserted into the holes in removal-stopping states and attached to the holes in such a way that the sections 37 can be moved upward, downward, forward, and backward. When the mouth body attaching member 23 is inserted into the opening 22 of a ceiling board 21 and the fixing members 35 are moved downward so that the lower sections of the members 35 may project outward, receiving piece sections 40 at the lower end sections of the members 35 come into collision with the ceiling board 21 and, at the same time, locking piece sections 38 in the upper parts of the members 35 get in the engaging holes and supports the mouth body attaching member 23. |
