PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device information processor for a network system in which information registered to a directory server is matched with a device state by evading the registration of a status of a warmup, software resetting, etc., which automatically recovers to the normal state at constant intervals to the directory server. SOLUTION: This device information processor processes the device information of a network system wherein a directory server 112, various devices 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105, and various computers 111 and 112 are connected by a network 100. In this case, the devices 101 to 105 when registering their device information to the directory server 112 classifies and registers static information (unchanged information), semistatic information (rarely changed information), and dynamic information (frequency changed information and information on paper jamming, paper emptiness, etc.), according to the change frequency of the device information.
