PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump capable of easily switching a normal operation and a high-temperature operation, always efficiently operating and conducting the high-temperature operation while maintaining a safety pressure in a cooling, heating, thermal storage or thermal storage utilizing operation or the like. SOLUTION: Piping between a four-way valve 22 and an indoor heat exchanger 26, and piping between an indoor main throttle unit 25 and an outdoor main throttle unit 24 are by-passed, and a thermal storage heat exchanger 27 and a thermal storage throttle unit 29 are provided on the way. A first opening/closing valve 28 opened at a thermal storage operation time and a second opening/closing valve 30 opened at a thermal storage utilizing operation time are provided, connected to a fractionating tower 31 through opening/closing valves 34, 37, controlled to be opened or closed at a refrigerant storage time and a fractionating time, thereby sealing a non-azeotrope refrigerant.
