PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a request to acquire management data from repeatedly being generated as much as possible by eliminating a deficiency in the capacity of a storage device stored with the management data and making a quick response. SOLUTION: When management data requested to be acquired is in a classification type A, it is checked in a step S19 whether or not the value of the management data is stored in a management information table. When not, a management data response process part sends a request to acquire the management data with a received identifier to an MIB(management information base) process part in a step S16 to obtain the management data from a managed device, stores the value of the acquired management data in the management information table in a step S17, and then sends a response command including the obtained management data in a step S18. When the value is stored, the management data with the received identifier are read out of the management information table immediately and a response command including the obtained management data is sent back in the step S18.
