PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid key buttons from being depressed by a surface of a case body when closing the case body and to allow a user to easily operate the key buttons. SOLUTION: When a 2nd case body 8 is open to use a mobile phone 2, 1st and 2nd gears 28, 30 are driven in a direction of an arrow B interlocked with an opening operation of the 2nd case body 8. As a result, gears 24A, 26A of 1st and 2nd arms 24, 26 meshing with the 1st and 2nd gears 28, 30 are moved toward a surface 34 of a 1st case body 6, and the 1st and 2nd arms 24, 26 are rocked around a shaft 32. Thus, a printed circuit board is rocked with the 1st and 2nd arms 24, 26 and most of key buttons 12 are projected outward from the surface 34 of the 1st case body 6 through the opening of the 1st case body 6. Thus, the user can easily operate the key buttons 12.
