PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to freely utilize communication media while utilizing a public transportation by partition at least part of interior of a vehicle into a plurality of booths with partitions and providing a table and a communication unit to each booth. SOLUTION: For example, two rows of booths 3 on both sides of a central passage of a train 2 are provided to a vehicle 1, the booths 3 are formed to at least part of the interior of a vehicle main body through partitionings, each booth 3 is provided with a window 4, a table 5 and a chair 6. An opening/ closing lockable door 10 is provided to each booth toward the central passage and the door 10 is provided with a lock. The interior of each door 10 is provided with pre-paid readers 12, 13. Furthermore, the interior of each booth 3 is provided with a key telephone type interphone 14 and a communication unit A is placed on the table 5. The communication unit A includes any of terminals or the like for connection to a phone, a facsimile terminal and a personal computer.
