PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonator having a capacitor with remarkably enhanced mass-productivity, ensured electric connection and rich in air- tightness. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric resonator having a capacitor is provided with a housing case 4 whose upper side is open, three lead terminals 6a-6c that are imbedded to a lower side of the housing case and whose ends are led out from an outer bottom face of a lower side of the housing case, a laminated matter 17 where a piezoelectric resonator element 1 and a capacitive element are placed opposite to each other and each vibrating electrode of the piezoelectric element and capacitive component electrodes of the capacitive element are connected via a conductive jointing member, and a sealing member 3 to seal the opening of the housing case. Each lead terminal at the bottom of the opening of the housing case is connected to each connection electrode via conductive joining members 7a-7c at its exposed position.
