PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rack structure which has a high mechanical strength, a light weight, high sealability, and a high heat insulating property, does not require much designing man-hour nor many parts, can be manufactured easily, can secure a required strength, can be assembled easily even when a rack is constituted in a divided and assembled structure, and to which equipment and shelf boards can be attached highly flexibly. SOLUTION: A rack structure is provided with a plurality of frames 2 as skeletons and a plurality of plate-like members 3 which are detachably attached to the frames 2 through clamping means 4 and 8. Each plate-like member 3 has slopes which are brought into face-contact with parts of the frames 2 and inclined in the attaching direction at its end sections. It is appropriate to interpose a packing or sealing material 5 between the contacting surfaces of the frame 2 and member 3 and to form the member 3 to a honeycomb panel.
