摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a laminated ceramic electronic component which is superior in moisture resistance and mechanical strength, and is superior in reliability even if it is miniaturized and thinned. SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic electronic component, a laminated capacitor, where a glass coat layer 14 is formed is obtained by preparing a ceramic sintering body 1 where a plurality of inner electrodes 2a to 2f are arranged to overlap with each other through a ceramic layer, forming first and second external electrodes 3, 4 to have electrode covering parts 3a, 4a covering edge faces 1a, 1b of the ceramic sintering body 1 leading to an upper surface 1c, a lower surface 1d and both side surfaces 1e, 1f and coating the entire outer surface with oxide glass, forming a glass coat layer, polishing a glass coat layer in the outer side of inner ends 3a1, 4a1, of the electrode covering parts 3a, 4a of first and second outer electrodes, and exposing first and second outer electrode surfaces.
