PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce Joule loss in the winding part of a winding bobbin, in order to reduce the size and thickness of the coil parts, such as a transformer and a choke coil or the like. SOLUTION: This coil part has a structure where a metal or conductive sheet material 4 is interposed between a coil 3 and a core in the coil in this coil bobbin, and the sheet material is divided at least an area with a dividing line along the coil axis direction in the case, where the coil bobbin is used to form a coil around a magnetic core. When a coil bobbin is used to form a coil, a coil bobbin composed of a metal or conductive sheet material and an insulation sheet provided to both surfaces of the sheet material is used, whereby the metal or conductive sheet is divided not to form a closed loop of the conductor, by making a turn around the coil axis and it is wound directly around the core.
