PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wanderer attention calling system by which a manager receives the image of an admission person or a wanderer, views it, transmits a message to an image transmission source and calls the attention of the wanderer in an asylum such as a hospital or an aged person home. SOLUTION: An image transmission side controller 8a arranged at a prescribed place inside/outside the asylum is provided with a person sensor 4, an image pickup means 2, image transmission side radio equipment for executing the communication of image data, voice data and the other kinds of data, a display 10 with a speaker and a display image control means for selecting and judging the image to be displayed on the display 10 with the speaker. An image reception side controller 8a carried by the manager is radio equipment having the display for executing the communication of image data, voice data and the other kinds of data.
