PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen or non-antimony resin-sealed electronic electrical component which is high in flame-retardant properties, hear cycle durability, and high-temperature loading durability. SOLUTION: A resin-sealed electronic electrical component is sealed with a flame-retardant coating layer (B) through the intermediary of a priming layer (A), where the flame-retardant coating layer (B) is formed by causing epoxy resin powder paint to cure thermally which contains at least a kind of flame retardant selected from among aluminum hydroxide, aluminum oxide hydrate, magnesium hydroxide, calcium aluminate hydrate, phosphorus flame retardant, and nitrogen flame retardant, and the priming layer (A) which are formed by heat curing non-flame retardant epoxy resin powder paint is high in heat cycle durability and high-temperature loading durability.
