PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an inter-slave-set direct speech mode without the need for registering slave sets of a direct speech to the same master set by accepting an incoming call in a direct speech mode when an incoming identification code received from a destination is matched with a telephone number of its own slave set. SOLUTION: A speech mode setting section 3 sets an inter-slave-set direct speech mode and a destination telephone number registration section 4 registers a telephone number of a destination slave set. An incoming identification code generating section 5 uses a registered telephone number to generate an incoming identification code when the inter-slave-set direct speech mode is set. A radio control section 6 uses the generated incoming identification code to make a call and accepts an incoming call from the destination. When an incoming identification code decision section 7 receives an incoming call in a state that the inter-slave-set direct speech mode is set, the decision section 7 decides whether or not the incoming identification code received from the destination is matched with the telephone number of, its own slave set. When the incoming identification code and the telephone number are matched with each other, a control section 8 instructs acceptance.
