PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesired long time call by allowing a user to strongly notify its speech time without the need for a destination change operation and a time setting operation. SOLUTION: A dial history table B 153 stores 20 telephone numbers in total in the order of a longer accumulated speech time at all times after dialing speech end processing. Thus, a user operates a keyboard 11 to display data of the dial history table B 153 on a display device 13. Since the display device 13 simultaneously displays 20 items of dialed telephone numbers and dialed speeches in the order of the longer accumulated speech time at maximum, the user can strongly notify the speech time with a specific speech opposite party. Thus, an undesired long time call can be prevented. Furthermore, a destination registration operation and a time setting operation for preventing a long time call are not required and the operability can be enhanced.
