PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chipped ferrite part and its manufacturing method, which is adapted to the demand for the miniaturization of inductors and more over has a stable L value and impedance under the condition of a large current. SOLUTION: A chip inductor device has a magnetic ferrite body 4 made of a magnetic ferrite material and an internal conductor 10, so as to be buried in the magnetic ferrite body 4 to form a coil, with at least one portion of whose corresponding portions to the intermediate portions of the coil are disposed so as to be exposed to the external of the magnetic ferrite body 4. |
