PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve interferneces generated at a periphery at the initial stage of the application of a power supply, at the initial drive stage of an inverter motor, and at drive of a PAM switching element by causing a PAM function to selectively operate. SOLUTION: A rectifying part 61 for rectifying a commercial AC power supply to a DC voltage, a choke coil 62 and a smoothing capacitor 63 for smoothing the output voltage for outputting, an inverter 64 for driving a motor M by converting the DC voltage into a three-phase AC power supply by pulse width modulation, a switching element Q1 for performing PAM drive, an input voltage-sensing part 66 for sensing the input voltage of an input commercial power supply, an input current-sensing part 67 for sensing the input current, and a control part for driving the inverter and a load by turning on/off the switching element Q1, only when the waveform of the sensed input voltage becomes in phase with that of an input DC current are included, thus composing the power factor correction device of an inverter system. |
