PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio information memory control device or the like permitting to extract a part of a piece of music and easily store it so that the part does not go out of rhythm even if it is outputted repeatedly, and easily permitting to extract and store the part so that the part does not go out of rhythm in auditory sensation even if another music is outputted overlappingly the part while the extracted part is being outputted repeatedly. SOLUTION: When a partial music being a part of a single piece of music is sampled, an integer multiple of a necessary time for one beat in the piece of music is used as a sampling time (step S2). The part corresponding to the sampling time is extracted from the piece of music as the above-mentioned partial music and stored.
