PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain vibration-proof effect at a low cost. SOLUTION: In a motor, a receptacle 12 is provided toward a shaft 11 at the internal circumference of a magnet 10, allocated at the external circumference of a stator to generate a rotating magnetic field, projected portions 12a, 12b are formed in the axial direction of the shaft 11 to this receptacle 12, and buffer members 13a, 13b are allocated through insertion from the axial direction of the shaft 11 to hold the receptacle 12, in contact with the inside circumference of the magnet 10 and the outer circumference of the shaft 11. Iron plates 14a, 14b are added to hold the buffer members 13a, 13b within the inside, bearings 15a, 15b engaged with the shaft 11 are allocated to hold and fix the iron plates 14a, 14b in the side of buffer members 13a, 13b, and moreover these bearings 15a, 15b are stopped with an E-type stopper rings 16a, 16b.
