PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of stop holes and to miniaturize a stop plate by densely arranging a number of stop holes in the diaphragm plate as for a stop driving device using a turret stop plate. SOLUTION: The stop plate 60 is freely rotatably supported by a case main body 10 and rotary-driven through a driving motor 30, a driving gear 40 and a driven gear 50. A plurality of stop holes 66 are formed in the plate 60, and the holes are selectively arranged in the opening parts 10A and 20A by rotating the plate 60. A shielding plate 70 is arranged in the case main body 10 so as to freely slide and is slindingly moved by the driving motor 30 and the driving gear 40. Fork shaped inclined edge parts 72B and 72C are formed on the plate 70. The shielding plate 70 is made to slide in accordance with the rotation of the diaphragm plate 60, and respective inclined edge parts 72B and 72C are overlaid on the vicinity of both sides of the stop hole 66 arranging in the opening parts 10A and 20A to shield the stop hole 66 adjacent to the stop hole 66.
