PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device, equipped with the fixing device capable of preventing backflow of toner by restraining the temperature rise of a cleaning roller. SOLUTION: In this fixing device, a transfer material to which an unfixed toner image is transferred is made to pass between rotating bodies which are a pair of fixing roller 12 and a pressure roller 13 and heated and pressured, so that a toner image is fixed on the transfer material. The device is equipped with a cleaning roller 21 removing the toner adhered to the surface of the roller 13, so that the contact area of the roller 21 with the roller 13 is made smaller at the ends than at the center part in the longitudinal direction of the roller 21.
