PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system constituted so that systems can be variously coupled by informing the outside by light emission and communication by programingly processing the discrimination and the state of an object based on a camera picture and detection by infrared rays. SOLUTION: By detecting the picture of the outside object by a camera driving part 3 and processing the state thereof in cooperation with an infrared- ray detection part 4 at both of the daytime and the nighttime, the signal thereof is transmitted to a signal transmitting and receiving part 2. By transmitting the signal processed at the transmitting and receiving part 2 to a sequence controller 1 and controlling a lamp display machine 5, the object can be displayed. Thus, warning and instruction can be executed. Besides, an information signal can be transmitted to an outside display device part 10 by transmitting the content of the signal to a communication circuit part 7 through the transmitting and receiving part 2. Since a power can be supplied to this device from the outside through a power source circuit 6, the device can be stably driven.
