PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color photographic sensitive material for development always giving high image quality. SOLUTION: Two or more developing procedures (A, B) are applicable to the color photographic sensitive material and coloring dyes in images formed by the developing procedures A, B satisfy the relations of the inequalities -20<YB-YA<20 (nm), -20<MB-MA<20 (nm), -80<CB-CA<-30 (nm), 430<YA<460 (nm), 430<YB<460 (nm), 540<Ma<570 (nm), 540<MB<570 (nm), 680<CA<710 (nm) and 630<CB<670 (nm), wherein YA, MA and CA are the absorption maximum wavelengths of yellow, magenta and cyan, respectively, formed in the developing procedure A and YB, MB and CB are the absorption maximum wavelengths of yellow, magenta and cyan, respectively, formed in the developing procedure B.
