PURPOSE: A sealing device of a turbo compressor is provided to prevent a collision and an abrasion between a driving shaft and a sealing member in even case that the driving shaft is abnormally operated due to several factors. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device includes a casing, a driving shaft to be inserted into each compressing chambers that is coupled with a movable element of a driving motor mounted in the motor chamber by being supported by a bearing member in radius and axial directions, impellers coupled with both ends of the driving shaft for centrifugally compressing refrigerant gas in the compressing chambers, and a sealing element mounted between the compressing chamber and the motor chamber for preventing the part of the high-pressure compressed gas from being leaked to the motor chamber, wherein the sealing element includes a fixing member(110) in which the driving shaft is inserted for being fixed in the casing, a sealing member(120) inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member and moving with the driving shaft in state of maintaining allowable tolerance with the driving shaft, a tip seal member(130) interposed between the fixing member and the sealing member for maintaining the gap, and an elastic member(140) interposed between the fixing member and the tip seal member for maintaining the regular gap from the fixing member in even case that the sealing member is pushed by the compressed gas.
