PURPOSE: A rotor position detecting device of a BLDC motor is provided to improve the stability of a system by preventing the damage of a part and accurately detect the speed. CONSTITUTION: A motor shaft is inserted into the interior of a stator mounted to the interior of a motor casing, and is press-fitted to a rotating rotor. A magnet is engaged with a position detecting disc so as to correspond to a permanent magnet inserted into the interior of the rotor. The position detecting disc is fixed to the motor shaft. A support member is fixed to the motor casing so as to be located at the side portion of the position detecting disc. A hall sensor detects the position of the rotor by detecting the position detecting disc rotated together with the rotor.
