The system for mounting a mower in front of a tractor comprises a bar (14) connected to the mower and a cable (60) which transfers some of the weight of a grass box (34) to the arm. Support arms (56) connect the arm to the grass box and fix it into position. An Independent claim is included for a vehicle fitted with the mounting system.
