The invention relates to a magnetic valve (10) for a liquid-controlled heating and/or cooling system with a valve housing (16) comprising at least one supply channel (12) and at least one discharge channel (14). The magnetic valve also comprises an electromagnetically operated valve member (18) which is fastened together with an armature (32) on a valve stem (26). Said valve member produces the connection between the supply channel (12) and the discharge channel (14) when switched in a first position and blocks the connection when switched in another position. Together with the armature (32), the valve stem (26) plunges into an armature space (54) through which, at times, liquid flows via movement gaps (80). The results from the armature space being connected to line sections of the heating and/or cooling system which have a different pressure level. The invention provides that the armature space (54) is connected to a line section on the side facing this section via the movement gaps (80), and is connected to a line section on the side of the valve member (18) facing away from this section via an axial channel (48) located in the valve stem (26).
