<p>The invention relates to human lambda interaction proteins LIB and BLIP involved in the activation of NF-KB and the inactive kinase mutants of BLIP. The invention also relates to sequences of nucleotides which code for such proteins and mutants thereof, process for producing said proteins, vectors of expression, cell lines, antibodies, compounds which modulate the activation of NF-KB depending on BLIP and their selection processes, and treatment processes related to said proteins.</p> |
