PURPOSE: A prefabricated sound-proof wall made of synthetic resin materials is provided to remove noise in the inside of a sound-proof wall naturally, to make the use of waste sources possible by using waste plastic, to reduce the cost of construction, and to facilitate mass production and repairing after construction and management. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated sound-proof wall(1) comprises; a front plate(10) and a rear plate(20) in which tongues and grooves are horizontally formed in one side at regular intervals; numerous resonance pipes(30) fixed in between the front plate and the rear plate vertically at regular intervals and forming the tongue in up and down of a sound-proof wall in regular series; a resonance hole formed at regular intervals by the front, rear plate and the resonance pipe; a sound absorbing hole(13) connected to the resonance pipe and the resonance hole and formed around the groove continuously at regular intervals; and shore inserting holes(40) formed in the lower end of one side of the sound-proof wall and the lower end of the upper side to be united with the shore.
