The clamping sewing apparatus comprises a clamping head (1) with an instrument mouth (2) in whose jaws are one or more rows of clamping elements (6). The action grip (3) has a lever mechanism (5) for operation of the closing mechanism of the clamping elements in the tissue or organ. A transfer element has at least one flexible and freely pivoting connection between the action grip and clamping head. |
