METHOD FOR INTERPRETING ELECTRIC WAVES IN WIRELESS NETWORK DESIGNING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for interpreting electric waves in a wireless network designing system is provided to perform electric wave interpretations for calculating wireless network design parameters such as an electric wave strength measurement and an electric wave arriving time measurement relating to a receiving point within a receiving diameter based on a ray. CONSTITUTION: A wireless network designing system has a geographic information database relating to local building data and geographical data for interpreting electric waves. A ray having information necessary for electric wave interpretations is launched from a transmitting point, at regular separation intervals on a map of the wireless network designing system. The wireless network designing system considers a launching effect of an electric wave, on an electric wave path in which the ray progresses, and finds a receiving diameter. The wireless network designing system searches every multiplex receiving point located within the receiving diameter of the electric wave path, and performs electric wave interpretations.
