PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling and adjusting transmission power of a base station is provided to be capable of making a small size with lower cost at increment of a transmission power adjusting and controlling assembly. CONSTITUTION: A transmission power adjusting and controlling apparatus comprises a decoding circuit(400) and a master radio frequency processor(600). The decoding circuit(400) transfers receiving signal strength direction voltages sequentially output from the first to third receiving signal strength direction parts(307,317,327) and data for correcting property variation of the direction voltages to the master radio frequency processor(600). The master radio frequency processor(600) generates a signal for monitoring a receiving signal strength and transfers data for correcting the receiving signal strength to the decoding circuit(400) according to a response signal to the monitoring.
