APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING DRY GAS OF PULVERIZED COAL CRUSHER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling dry gas of a pulverized coal crusher is provided to remove danger of explosion due to concentration increase of oxygen by controlling a temperature of dry gas not using an atmospheric air, thereby decreases an oxygen content to almost zero, stabilize an outlet temperature of a crusher and prevent decrease of a supplied coal amount by properly controlling an outlet temperature at a pulverized coal crusher along with a flow volume of heating air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling dry gas of a pulverized coal crusher sucks in an exhaust gas discharged from a hot blast stove with a suction fan so as to supply it to the crusher. A cooling tower(20) cools the exhaust gas discharged from the hot blast stove to a certain temperature so as to make it a cooling air. A hot air flow rate control part(120) adjusts the exhaust gas discharged from the hot blast stove to a certain flow volume so as to supply it to a suction fan. An outlet temperature control part(130) adjusts the cooling air discharged from the cooling tower to a certain flow rate so as to supply it to the suction fan.
