PURPOSE: A centrifugal separation type concentrator/dehydrator and automatic controller therefor are provided to concentrate surplus sludge and mixture sludge in a high density by centrifugal force rotating at high speed and also to compressively concentrate the sludges by permeating bubbles into the sludge for decreasing the specific gravity of the sludge to be floated. CONSTITUTION: In a centrifugal separation type concentrator/dehydrator and automatic controller therefor, the concentrator/dehydrator is divided into three parts, a screw, a cylindrical member, and a conical member. The concentrator/dehydrator comprises a cylinder(1) consisted of a cylindrical part and a conical part; a feed pipe(7) for supplying the concentrated sludge into the cylinder(1); a screw(2); a gear box(3) for driving the screw(2), which is consisted of a planetary gear and a differential gear; a bearing(4) support the cylinder(1) on the opposite ends of the cylinder; a casing(5) for housing the cylinder(1); and a controller for controlling the feed of the concentrated sludge through the pipe(7) and the rotation of a motor. |
