The invention relates to a method for producing foodstuffs, dietetic foodstuffs and food additives on the basis of grain stillage. According to the inventive method, the grain stillage is directly taken from the burner kettle, is thickened but not dried and is fermented with milk and a yoghurt culture or a dairy culture. Certain conditions with regard to pressure concentration, temperatures, etc. have to be met during subsequent treatment in order to obtain optimum results. |
