PURPOSE: A cover for a cotton diaper corrects the faults of a disposal diaper that produce much waste by not recycling the diaper and brings leakage of excretion out of the diaper. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene film(2) is provided with an air passage(6) in its middle to have on its top a negative current line(4) and a positive current line(7) and under the film negative current line(5) and a positive current line(8) to find the existence of excretion.
