HOUSING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A housing management system and a method are provided to integrate various housing management devices into one system to cause a user to easily operate various functions, thereby enhancing the conveniency in use. CONSTITUTION: The housing management system comprises a house device part(100), a common porch device(104) and an administration room device(106). The house device part(100) consists of the first to Nth house devices(1021-102N) equipped in respective house. The first to Nth house devices(1021-102N) are connected to the administration room device(106) to provide a user with a telephone service and various data services. The common porch device(104) is mounted in a common porch to provide the video signal for a visitor to the respective house device. The administration room device(106) provides the respective house device with various data.
