PURPOSE: A power device of a three phase spot welder using a digital phase angle control is provided to prevent a load from being concentrated on the power of any one phase. CONSTITUTION: The power device of a three phase spot welder is composed of a three phase periodic signal generator(100), a welding time generator(200), a welding current controller(300), a trigger signal generator(400), a three phase switching device(500) and a welding power supplier(600). With the periodic signal from the periodic signal generator, the trigger signal generator generates a trigger signal to switch three phase power. With the voltage of the three phase power, the welding power supplier supplies welding power to the spot welder by amplifying and rectifying current. The welding current controller outputs a welding current signal for the welding time set by the welding time generator.
