PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent environmental contamination by completely burning waste synthetic resins at high temperature after dissolving into liquid at a proper temperature. CONSTITUTION: A burner(4) heats heat carrier circulating in a jacket(11) for a temperature of 370-450deg.C. Herein, a burning chamber(1) is heated for a temperature of 800-1200deg.C. After extinguishing the burner, a motor(6) is driven for rotating a transfer screw(12). Outer air is inputted through a vent(10) while rotating a rotary plate(9). Crushed waste synthetic resins are inputted to a cylinder(13) through a hopper(8) and transferred to end of the cylinder. The resins are dissolved by the heat carrier and liquidized at the end of the cylinder. Drops of liquid resins are fallen to the rotary plate. By rotational force of the rotary plate, the drops are splashed into fine particles. Therefore, the particles are shortly burned by heat of the burning chamber.
