PURPOSE: A power supply circuit of a display device is provided to output power maintaining a constant voltage in a power saving mode to a controller, so as to minimize a wrong operation of the display device in the power saving mode. CONSTITUTION: The first power supply circuit(10) outputs power supplied from external to the first power(10a) having a predetermined level of voltage and a supply start signal(10b). The second power supply circuit(12) outputs the power supplied from the external to the second power(12a) in reply to the supply start signal(10b), and cuts off the output of the second power(12a) in reply to a cutoff control signal(14a) from external. A controller(14) outputs the cutoff control signal(14a) to the second power supply circuit(12), on the basis of a key operation signal generated by a key operation of a user or a preset control mode. And the controller(14) receives the second power(12a) to operate a display unit. A voltage compensation circuit(16) minimizes the voltage change of the first power(10a) by ripple current, when an output of the second power(12a) is cut off in reply to the cutoff control signal(14a) of the controller(14) and the first power(10a) is outputted to the controller(14).
