<p>The invention concerns an exhaust volume (20) comprising an exhaust silencer (24), provided, on its casing, with an inlet (29) and an outlet (30) for the flow of gases adapted for mounting the exhaust silencer in an exhaust line (14). It comprises a complementary chamber (26) forming a collecting pocket communicating only with the exhaust silencer (24) casing through at least a connecting conduit (28), said complementary chamber (26) being arranged outside the exhaust silencer (24). The complementary chamber (26) has a structure whereof the heat resistance is lower than that of the exhaust silencer (24) structure.</p> |
