<p>A small-sized magnetic recording/reproducing device comprises a chassis substrate (30), a reel stand (1) for magnetic tape (10), a head (8) for reading and writing information on the magnetic tape, a first motor (15) and a second motor (12), mounted on the chassis substrate, and drive means (9,16,17,18). The reel stand covers the first motor. The first motor drives all the mechanical elements except the reel stand, while the second motor drives the reel stand.</p> |
