METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MOLDING BRICK

PURPOSE: Method for molding brick and the device are provided to produce bricks of good quality by improving the supplying method of mortar to uniform the density of bricks. CONSTITUTION: The device for molding bricks is composed of the following parts : (i) a storage room that is supported by frame(51), and gains mortar through conveyor belts(52) ; (ii) a mold(55) that has vibrator(54) in front of the lower part of the storage room ; (iii) a supplying room(58) that has an impeller(57) turned by a motor(56) to supply mortar form the storage room into the mold ; (iv) a molding device(50) that has a press(61) which has a cylinder(59) and a compression tap(60), and a controller(70). As the device supplies the mortar necessary for molding brick one time being divided into two times, the mortar containing much water for bricks of high intensity and density can be used without difficulties.
