The invention relates to a method for producing a piezo actuator (8) with a multiple-layer structure made of layers of a piezo foil (3, 4) and with inner electrodes arranged therebetween. The individual layers are formed from two continuous strands (3, 4) of the piezo foil. Said strands (3, 4) are wound one on top of the other, including the intermediate inner electrode, in the form of a double helix for producing a hollow-cylindrical stack. The two strands (3, 4) are preferably guided over deflection sheaves (5, 6, 7) in such a way that the supported surfaces of the two strands (3, 4) are offset from each other by a pre-given angular amount when said strands are on the stack that is already wound. |
