PURPOSE: A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a battery is provided to improve a charge and discharge life performance of a battery by detecting an electrochemistrical stable compound and detecting an adding amount having an optimal performance. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte solution includes an organic solvent obtained by adding at least one of 0.01-10wt% selected from an ethylenetrithiocarbonate or induction material to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium battery having an organic solvent and a lithium salt.
