PURPOSE: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent physical properties containing flame retardancy and adhesive strength, exhibiting non-blooming characteristics and having good processability, heat stability and external appearance is provided, which is useful for the manufacture of a computer housing or an injection molding product. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 45 to 95 parts by weight of thermoplastic polycarbonate resin, 1 to 50 parts by weight of a graft copolymer, 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl based copolymer or a mixture thereof, 5 to 95% of linear phosphagen of formula I-1 and/or cyclic phosphagen of formula I-2 and 95 to 5% by weight of phosphoric acid ester compound of formula II alone or a mixture thereof and 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of fluorinated polyolefin resin having an average particle size of 0.05 to 1,000 micrometer and a density of 2.0 to 2.3g/cm3 based on 100 parts by weight of the component (A) + (B) + (C).
