OXYGEN PROBE

The oxygen probe is intended to be applied in conducts wherein a high temperature and especially high pressure fluid circulates. The probe is comprised of two bodies (4 and 8) which can be axially coupled by screwing, one of them (4) having a threaded neck (5) for fixing it into a hole of the conduit wall (3); the body (4) houses the sensitive part (2) of the probe which is thereby housed into the conduit itself; the second body (8) is screwed to the first body (4) and exerts the necessary pressure to the sensitive part (2) of the probe so that the latter remains perfectly fixed into the housing. The second body (8) has also an axial orifice through which a metal tube (9) is mounted, said metal tube being open to the outside, and has a metal washer (10) welded to said metal tube (10) and separated from the second body (8) by means of an electro-isolating washer (12).
