PURPOSE: A method for providing a moving picture service in a portable phone integrated with a television receiver(or a TV phone) is provided to download moving picture data to the TV phone, and to select a desired moving picture file. CONSTITUTION: A controller downloads moving picture data from a computer, and stores the moving picture data in a memory. In a moving picture mode, the controller outputs a moving picture file list for the stored moving picture data on a screen of a portable phone integrated with a television receiver. If a user selects a file of the moving picture file list and requests the execution of the selected file, the controller executes corresponding moving picture file and outputs moving picture on the screen.
