<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield in manufacturing a solar battery, without deteriorating the characteristics of a solar battery by providing a second electrode electrically connected to a conductive semiconductor layer and a first electrode provided on a high concentration conductivity semiconductor layer and electrically connected to a high concentration conductivity semiconductor layer. SOLUTION: A random texture 2 is formed in both sides of a p-type substrate, an n-diffusion layer 3 is formed in both sides through phosphorus thermal diffusion, after washing a p-type substrate 1 and a passivation film 4 is formed by carrying out passivation oxidation. An etching pattern of the passivation film 4 and the n-type diffusion layer 3 is formed by a resist mask in a rear, after a resist mask is applied to an entire of a surface of the p-type substrate 1. A BSF layer 7, consisting of a high concentration p-type semiconductor layer, is formed by using a PBN solid-state diffusion source. Thereafter, a second electrode 9 is printed in a surface by means of a screen printer by using silver paste. A first electrode 10 is printed and baked in a p-type semiconductor layer region in a rear, by the use of mixed paste of silver and aluminum.</p> |
