PURPOSE: Method for cultivating laver by using Chitosan growth promoter extracted from crab shells is provided for mass production of laver and extending the life of laver. CONSTITUTION: The Chitosan growth promoter is prepared by melting Chitosan 1-5% of viscosity 5-150Cps in a proper organic acid such as citric acid, malic acid, or acetic acid. In this process the most important thing is to find out the proper viscosity of Chitosan for cultivating laver. The prepared growth promoter can be used by diluting it about 50 times and depositing laver nets for about 5-15 seconds. |
