摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform FFT(fast Fourier transformation) signal processing accurately at a high speed. SOLUTION: A frequency f0 which is a maximum value in a power data distribution obtained by FFT signal processing is selected as an approximate frequency. Interpolation computation is performed between a low-frequency-side adjacent frequency f1 and a high-frequency-side adjacent frequency f2 in the front and rear of the approximate frequency f0 to compute a low-frequency-side peak frequency F1 and a high-frequency-side peak frequency F2. A peak frequency Fp is computed by the expression through the use of power p0, p1, and p2 at the proximate frequency f0, low-frequency-side adjacent frequency f1, and the high-frequency-side adjacent frequency f2 and the low-frequency-side peak frequency F1 and the high-frequency-side peak frequency F2.</p>
